Plant protection stations laboratories study the genetic diversity of plants pathogens populations and develop methods for their detection in plant material. These laboratories are developing drugs that can protect plants from diseases. They are used by the cultivation to a depth method. Implementation of new developments makes it possible to reduce the pesticide load analyzed using a chromatograph.

Chromatographic method makes it possible to determine the quality and content of nitrates in crop production, the residual amount of pesticides, the presence of nitrosamines, mycotoxins and other toxic elements.
