Technical parameters

  • Operating temperature range of the thermostat is 30÷650 °С.
  • Relative accuracy of temperature maintaining of the thermostat ±0,1 °С.
  • Indication of the set and maintained temperature in the thermostat.
  • Presence of thermocouple for temperature control inside the reactor with temperature indication.
  • Diameter and length of the tubular furnace are agreed upon during pre-order.
  • Material of the heated part of the tubular furnace (ceramic or stainless steel) is agreed upon during pre-order.
  • Height and diameter of the tripod stand (25 or 50 mm) of the thermostat are agreed upon during pre-order.
  • Height of the thermostat relative to the basis is adjusted by moving along the tripod. The thermostat rotates 360° with fixation for operation at any angle from vertical to horizontal.
  • Isothermal or with temperature programming (multistage) modes of temperature maintenance.
  • A variant of the thermostat is proposed, consisting of two parts that open in the form of a book, each of which has its own thermostat.
  • A variant of the thermostat with multizone (along the axis of the thermostat) heating and separate temperature control of each zone is proposed.
  • The option of the thermostat with operation (control) by personal computer (interface by agreement).
  • Reactors for any pressures are available from 12X18H10T steel, hastelloy, titanium.
  • Condensers (refrigerators) of the product with any cooling, including the ones with “Peltier" elements.
  • Thermostated mixers of any type for the reactor plant are offered.
  • Liquid pumps and gas flow generators for all flow rates, gases and pressures are available.
