Listed below items, consumables and spare parts are needed for the work of chromatograph.
The “Heart” of chromatograph is chromatographic column, where splitting of the sample to individual components takes place. That is why it is recommended to purchase the corresponding column together with chromatograph. We test every column using the sample that is going to be tested during future routine analyses.
We sell packed columns either empty (glass or metal) or filled. Length of columns can be different, as a rule for glass it is from 1 to 3 meters, for metal it is from 1 to 12 meters, long (more than 4 meters) metal columns can be welded and they can also be connected by specific connection coupling, that serves to ease column filling. Spare kit that is supplied together with chromatograph includes two metal columns 1 meter long
Filling of columns can vary in accordance with chosen methods of analysis.
Fused silica columns and stainless steel columns of different producers are supplied together with chromatograph. Fused silica capillary can be covered by polyamide varnish and also by metal (aluminum). Columns of any length, internal diameter, width and with any applied liquid phase can be supplied.

Besides devices mentioned on the web-site chromatographic syringes can be used for sample input into the chromatographic column. Syringes for various purposes are supplied together with chromatograph (input of gas or liquid – gas-tight syringe) and syringes of different volume (top to bottom on pic. – 1 ml gas-tight, 10 mcl, 1 mcl). Most preferable syringe is Hamilton.
Together with chromatograph vials with a lid and membrane of different volume are supplied to store samples.
To enter gas samples from cylinder with gas mixture fine adjustment leak valves of two kinds are supplied together with chromatograph: ordinary metal and for sulphurous gas mixtures with gas path made of fluoroplastic.
For connection of chromatograph with gas mains gas valve set is supplied, that includes reducer, adapter from reducer to the mains of chromatograph, brackets for mounting of gas cylinder to the wall, gas shut-off valve, pipeline 9 meters long, fastening of pipelines, valves.
Instead of single-stage reducer of BKO type two-stage reducer can be installed and also foreign of Ultra-High-Purity type.
Besides this for additional gas purification from impurities filters of our own production for cleaning gases from moisture, oxygen, hydrocarbons and so on can be installed, also foreign filters of Super-clean type, and also catalytic purification filters of our own production and foreign filters of HP2 and HPM types produced by “VICI” can be installed on chromatograph.
Expendable materials are supplied together with chromatograph, for example, injector membranes, liners (glass inserts into the injector), various fittings (graphite, rubber) for sealing of columns, pipelines and other details according to the catalogue of parts and assemblies.
After Open Society “Chromatograph” was liquidated our company acquired exclusive rights for production of sensors for TCD (thermal conductivity detector) Лб5.863.015, “Meta-chrom” started mass production of these sensors. TCD of chromatographs of “LHM” series, “model 3700”, “Crystal”, “Crystallux”, etc. are completed with elements Лб5.863.015 (60 Ohm).
