Reactor unit for testing catalysts for hydrodewaxing and isodewaxing of base and other oils.

Application:

Micropilot unit is designed for hydrotreating oil fractions

 

Specifications:

- Reactor made of stainless steel with an operating temperature of up to 600 °C and a pressure of up to 30 MPa, with a coaxial pocket for a control thermocouple and a movable grid for the catalyst fixed to it;

- 4-zone door oven with a range of operating temperatures from 50 to 600 °C;

- High-pressure separator SVD (30 MPa) heated to 80 °C with a level sensor and automatic overflow into the heated SND, a valve and a dephlegmator at the gas outlet;

- Automatic pressure maintenance system based on a heated mechanical pressure regulator “before itself” with a range from 0 to 25 MPa;

- Automatic compensation system for pressure drop during overflow from SVD to SND;

- Electronic hydrogen flow regulator;

Pmax = 26 MPa, Q = from 10 to 800 ml/min.;

- Liquid dosing pump with heated head Q = 0.1-50 ml/min., Pmr ≥ 30 Mpa;

- 2-liters raw material container installed on the scales, heated to 80°C, with nitrogen pressure;

- Container with a solvent for flushing the pump with a volume of 2 liters and nitrogen pressure;

- Heated oil supply and discharge lines to the pump;

- Pressure sensors and safety valves at the inlet and outlet of the reactor;

- Automatic security system;

- Check valves on gas lines;

- Ramp pressure reducers for H2 and N2 (300/260);

- Control unit with a personal computer for entering and displaying modes; experiment and storing information about the dynamics of the process and its results.

 

Options:

- 30 MPa pressure hydrogen station with hydrogen generator or cylinder with up to 15 MPa pressure;

- gas meter;

- gas chromatograph with hydrogen generator and compressor.
