Application

The GFR-MC-HP gas flow regulator is designed for precise gas flow control in scientific research and industrial processes such as gas mixture analysis, gas chromatography, metal melting, food and pharmaceutical production. The GFR-MC-HP can provide gas flow control with high accuracy and reliability, which will improve the efficiency and quality of the industrial process.

Features

The built-in temperature balancing system ensures the stability of the indication regardless of the ambient temperature.

The stainless steel housing has a solid construction and is inert to most chemical compounds.

The regulator's screen allows you to quickly monitor the process flow rate.

The GFR-MC-HP is applicable to various gases, including gases with high viscosity (air, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, methane). The gas is selected from the menu.

A normally closed valve stops the gas supply when the power is turned off.

The regulator has a compact size and can be installed in hard-to-reach places, making it convenient for use in various industrial applications.

The main features are high operating pressure

(up to 100 bar) and high gas flow rates (up to 1.5 l/min).

The regulator has a user-friendly interface and can be easily controlled by a computer or other device via the MODBUS interface.
