User Agreement
The rules for using the site, hereinafter referred to as the Rules

1. Basic concepts and definitions

1.1. A website is a collection of web pages hosted on the Internet, united by a single theme, design, and a single domain address space. The start page of the Site, through which all other web pages of the Site can be accessed, is located on the Internet at https://en.meta-chrom.ru.

1.2. Site User (User)any person who accesses the Website via the Internet.

1.3. The owner of the Website is the Limited Liability Company Meta-Chrome Scientific and Production Company, TIN 1215046110, OGRN 1021200757270, location address: 424028, Republic of Mari El, Yoshkar-Ola, Bauman St., house 100.

1.4. The Site Owner and the Site User are hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties, and separately as the Party.

1.5. Website Administration (Administration)persons authorized by the Site Owner to manage the Site and perform other actions related to its use. The Site Administration acts on behalf of the Site Owner, unless otherwise specified separately.

2. General provisions

2.1. These Rules govern the relationship between the Site Owner, represented by the Site Administration, and the Users of the Site, arising in connection with the use of the Site.

2.2. If certain issues are not regulated by these Rules, the law of the Russian Federation is applicable to the relations of the parties.

2.3. The Rules are established, changed and cancelled unilaterally by the Site Owner without prior notification to the Administration and Users. From the moment the new version of the Rules is posted on the Website, the previous version is considered invalid.

2.4. The provisions of the current (latest) version of the Rules shall apply to the rights and obligations of the parties arising on the basis of the expired version of the Rules, unless otherwise established by written agreement of the parties.

2.5. The current version of the Rules is posted on the Internet in the basement of the Website.

3. The Site Owner

3.1. The Site Owner has the right to use the Site, including computer programs and databases included in it, information materials, graphic images that are elements of the user interface, and other protected objects included in the Site, and also on the Website design.

3.2. The Website Owner is an information intermediary and provides services for the transmission, storage and provision of Internet access to information, graphics and other materials provided to Users. Any information provided to Users and transmitted through the Website is transmitted without modification or correction.

4. The user of the Site

4.1. The rights and obligations of the Site User arise for a person from the moment of his first access to any of the web pages that are part of the Site.

4.2. Users are provided with free access to all Site services, with the exception of those provided on a paid basis based on a separate agreement and/or upon registration.

4.3. Unless proven otherwise, the person who logged in to the Site (by specifying the user name (email address) and password, clicking on the link received by e-mail, as a result of automatic authorization from using cookies, etc.), is considered the proper owner of the account, access to the use and management of which were obtained as a result of such authorization.

5. Prohibited actions

5.1. When using the Website, Users are prohibited from:

5.1.1. To collect personal data of other Users for the purpose of their subsequent processing, i.e., to perform any actions (operations) with personal data, including their collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking and destruction.

5.1.2. To carry out propaganda or agitation inciting social, racial, national or religious hatred and enmity, propaganda of war, social, racial, national, religious or linguistic superiority.

5.1.3. Post restricted access information (confidential information) on the Website or transmit it through messages.

5.1.4. Post copies of legally protected intellectual property results or parts thereof on the Website if the User does not have the appropriate exclusive or non-exclusive rights to use them.

5.1.5. To post publicly available text messages, graphic images or other materials on the Site through private messages, the content of which is offensive to other Users or other persons or may be regarded as such, as well as messages, images and other Materials that discredit Users or other persons contain threats, calls for violence, illegal acts, antisocial, immoral acts, as well as any other actions., contrary to the principles of law and order and morality, post messages, graphic images or other materials on the Site, the placement of which harms or may harm the honor, dignity and business reputation of a citizen or the business reputation of an organization.

5.1.6. Post messages on the Website containing obscene words and expressions, pornographic materials or hypertext links to Internet sites containing such materials, post personal data on the Site, including contact information, of other Users or other persons without their prior consent, post images of other persons on the Site without their prior consent, with the exception of cases stipulated by law; to post on the Site in the public domain without the prior consent of the Administration, to transmit text messages, graphic images and other materials that contain advertising via personal messages without the prior consent of the User.

5.1.7. To carry out actions aimed at destabilizing the functioning of the Site, to attempt unauthorized access to the management of the Site or sections that only the Administration or Owner is allowed to access, as well as to carry out any other actions that may be considered a network or spam attack.

5.1.8. Deletion or modification of copyright information without the permission of the Site Owner; reproduction, distribution, import for distribution purposes, public performance, broadcast or cable communication, making any information, works andcomponents of the Site without the prior written permission of the Site Owner. All exclusive rights belong to the Site Owner.

6. Rights and obligations of the User

6.1. The User has the right to receive and post information on the Website to the extent provided for by the relevant sections of the Website, exchange messages, and use other Website services.

6.2. The User undertakes to refrain from prohibited actions specified in Section 5 of these Rules.

6.3. The User has the right to use the materials of the Website exclusively for personal purposes.

6.4. The use of the Site materials available to Users is permitted provided that each copy of the materials from the Site contains a link to the Internet address at which these materials are posted on the Site.

7. Rights and duties of the Administration

7.1. The Site Administration carries out the day-to-day management of the Site, determines the composition of the Site's services, its structure and appearance, authorizes and restricts access to the Site, and exercises other rights belonging to it.

7.2. The Site Administration resolves issues related to the commercial use of the Site, in particular questions about the possibility of advertising on the Site, participation in partner programs, agreements, etc.

7.3. In case of violation by the User of these Rules, the Administration has the right to temporarily suspend or block for an indefinite period the User's access to the Site or its individual services, and in case of repeated or gross violation of the Rules, delete the User account.

7.4. The Administration has the right, but is not obligated, to moderate messages, photos, and other materials posted by Users on the Site.

7.5. The Administration does not review and resolve disputes and conflict situations between Users, but reserves the right to block User access to the Site if other Users receive motivated complaints about incorrect behavior of this User on the Site.

8. Use of cookies

8.1. The site uses an identification technology based on the use of cookies.

8.2. When a User accesses the Site, cookies may be stored on the computer used by them for access, which will later be used to automatically authorize the User on the Site, as well as to collect statistical data, includingin particular, about the site's resource traffic.

8.3. If the User believes that for one reason or another the use of cookies technology is unacceptable to him, he has the right to prohibit the storage of cookies on the computer used by him to access the Site by configuring the browser accordingly. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that despite the fact that the usability of the Site as a whole will not suffer, individual services using this technology may not be available.

9. Guarantees and responsibilities of the parties

9.1. The User guarantees that posting information, copies of legally protected intellectual property results or parts thereof, as well as other materials on the Site or transmitting information through personal messages does not violate anyone's rights and obligations.legitimate interests.

9.2. The User guarantees that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the confidentiality of the credentials used by him to log in to the Site, and to prevent the possibility of authorization by others using his account.

9.3. The Site Owner guarantees the confidentiality of information provided by Users when registering on the Site.

9.4. The Site Owner guarantees that the email address specified by the User during registration will be used only to contact the Administration with the User, send notifications to the User, which he/she has subscribed to receive, and will not be passed on to third parties without the User's prior consent.

9.5. The Site Owner, represented by the Administration, undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to maintain the Site in a working condition, but does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for ensuring its continuous operation.

9.6. The Site Owner is not responsible for any damage and/or losses incurred by Users for reasons related to technical failures of hardware and software, communication systems, and the Internet, regardless of their methodas well as for damages and/or losses incurred as a result of User actions that clearly do not comply with the usual rules for working with information on the Internet, hardware or software.

10. Warning about possible liability

10.1. The Site Administration draws the attention of Users to the fact that for the disclosure (violation of confidentiality) of information, i.e. the commission of actions that result in information, access to which is restricted in accordance with by law (state, official, commercial secrets, various kinds of professional secrets, etc.), becomes known to outsiders without the consent of its owner, and also for the illegal use of intellectual property objects (works of science, literature, art, computer programs and databases, phonograms, etc.), including by posting copies or parts of them on the Internet, the legislation of the Russian Federation establishes civil, administrative and criminal liability.

10.2. Legal liability (including criminal liability) is also established for inciting hatred or enmity, humiliating honor and dignity, insulting, promoting violence against citizens, refusing to perform civil duties, committing illegal acts, and for unlawful access tocomputer information, as well as for a number of other actions prohibited by the Rules.
