Cryostatting devices
Separation of some substances (classical case – separation of oxygen and argon) requires negative temperatures of chromatographic columns thermostat.

To provide such possibility for customers chromatograph “Crystallux-4000M” can be supplied by two kinds of cryostatting devices::
- Cryostating device with refrigerant – liquid nitrogen, herewith lower temperature limit of thermostat reaches 100 °C;
- Cryostating device without refrigerant on the basis of industrial air conditioner, at that lower temperature limit of thermostat reaches -5 °C (see. pic.).
Technical characteristics
- Lower temperature limit of column thermostat with cooling device on the basis of air conditionerс 5 °C.
- Temperature maintenance inaccuracy of column thermostat with cooling device on the basis of air conditioner is 0,05 °C.
- Power consumption of cooling device on the basis of air conditioner no more than 640 VA.
- Overall dimensions of cooling device on the basis of air conditioner (width×depth×height), no more than — 620×480×410 mm.
- Mass of the cooling device on the basis of air conditioner, no more than — 32 kg.
- Temperature lower limit of column thermostat with liquid nitrogen cryo-valve is -100 °C.
- Inaccuracy of temperature maintenance of column thermostat with liquid nitrogen cryo-valve (in temperature ranges lower than 25 °C) is + 0,1 °C.
- Power consumption of cooling device with liquid nitrogen cryo-valve, no more than — 10 VА.
- Liquid nitrogen consumption, no more than — 0,1 l/h.
