Sanitary and epidemiological supervision
Sanitary and epidemiological supervision uses chromatographs in its work to analyze the safety of vegetable oil, animal fats and other food products, such as bakery products, milk products, canned food, sugar, fish products. Gas chromatography makes it possible to identify the content of pesticides in the analyzed sample. Also, the Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision authorities conduct research to identify the toxicity of products in contact with food (packaging, coating of refrigeration equipment).
