Distilleries
In distilleries, gas chromatographs are used to determine the content of toxic impurities in alcohol, organic acids (acetic, propionic) and ethanol in wine. Chromatographic analysis also makes it possible to determine the composition of alcohol-containing waste for the quantitative content of organic impurities in them. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to make conclusions about the quality of the presented alcoholic beverages sample.
