Research and Production company “Meta-chrom” is developer and manufacturer of gas chromatographs
RPC “Meta-chrom”, Yoshkar-Ola city started working in 1995. Though company is 25 years old our main specialists are professionals in GH with over 40 years experience. They are leading experts from chromatographic department of experimental design bureau of control and automation devices, that was organized in October 1978 under the order of research and production association “Biopreparat” of the Main administration of the microbiological industry. They took part in the development of chromatographs like “Crystall-1”, “Analyzer-110”, “GLC-11-1000”, “Crystall-2000”, “Crystall-3000”.
RPC “Meta-chrom” is developer of automated analytic gas chromatographs “Crystallux-4000M” which became worthy successor of traditions, that were basic for mentioned above chromatographs.
Chromatograph “Crystallux-4000M” was repeatedly exhibited on international and domestic exhibitions and was awarded numerous diplomas.
1998
In 1998 our chromatograph was exhibited on world exhibition and seminar “Pittcon’98” in New Orleans and deserved positive responses of visitors and organizers.
Every two years chromatographis awarded with diploma in the nomination “Best price-quality ratio” on “A-TESTex” (“Analytica”) in Moscow, it has become a tradition. It is also certified with “Quality mark” according to the results of expert evaluation “ROSTEST Moscow”.
2003
Chromatograph “Crystallux-4000M” was developed in 2003 to the centenary of chromatography opening day by Russian scientist M. S. Tsvet.
Chromatograph outclasses by many parameters not only its predecessor “Crystallux-4000” but also other domestic and foreign chromatographs.
The most modern technologies, component parts and engineering solutions are implemented in our chromatograph. Easy maintenance and operational reliability make it indispensable tool for analytical laboratories.
It is enough to mention that our equipment was supplied to such giants of petrochemical industry like, “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”, “Salavatnefteorgsintez”, “Tatneft”, “Himprom”, “Caustic”, “Tobolsk Neftekhim”, “Severstal”, “Eurochem”, “Halogen”, etc.

The fact that over 50 inventions were developed during years of work and they were implemented in “Crystall-2000” and “Crystallux-4000M” speaks volumes about qualification of our specialists. These are for example 5-channel multi detector, design of every main detector, high-precision compact column oven, injector design, autosampler for liquid samples, system of signal amplification for FID and katharometer, means of processing of chromatographic signals and many others. Engineers and analytics of the company are always looking for new technical solutions and methodological implementations for gas chromatography and they are constantly improving already existing ones.
