Testing laboratories
Testing laboratories are equipped with modern equipment, including chromatographs, with which laboratory staff determine the content of toxic impurities in alcoholic beverages, as well as establish its authenticity. Gas chromatography methods also make it possible to determine the presence of pesticides in products, the fatty acid composition of vegetable and animal fats. During the testing process, samples are evaluated according to many parameters, including the presence of antibiotics, food additives.
